If you have received a non working RoboGuru License Key you can raise a replacement request by writing us at support@roboguru.net within the applicable Returns Policy period of 10 days. In a rare event of the replacement being not as described on the product page, a full refund will be provided by us once the ticket is scrutinized by our support team.
